CareerEditAfter working at the same radio station her mom worked at since the age of 15, Hale began to concentrate on an acting career in 1999. She appeared in several guest roles in different commercials before landing an eight-episode role in the NBC soap opera Days of our Lives, where she would meet Jensen Ackles, who played as Eric Brady. While on the show, she took an interest in the off-screen aspect of making a show/movie. After she was finished with her eight episodes, Hale stayed to learn about producing/directing before leaving the show in 2000. Up until 2003, she lent her voice for some minor characters in different dubbed animes and cartoons.
Hale worked steadily throughout 2003 to 2004, going back to live-acting. Most recently, Hale joined the cast of the CW horror/drama series Supernatural in 2005, where she stars as half-demon Aline Peverell. Aline joins brothers Sam (Jared Padalecki) & Dean Winchester (Hale's Days of our Lives co-star Jensen Ackles) as they drive throughout the United States hunting paranormal predators, sometimes being joined by Sam & Dean's father John (Jefferey Dean Morgan). The eighth season began broadcast on October 3, 2012.
Hale is friends with Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins, the rest of the cast & crew of Supernatural, John Cena, and Mike Mizanin (The Miz). She also added that Ackles' girlfriend, actress, model, and gymnast Danneel Harris, was one lucky lady. At Ackles's & Harris's wedding, Hale would be a bridesmaid. She was named an unoffical aunt to Ackles' and Danneel's daughter, Justice Jay “JJ” Ackles.
